Your right to erasure
Under GDPR, you have the right to request deletion of all your personal data.
How to request deletion
- From the app: sign in, open settings and choose Delete my account. This operation is irreversible.
- By email: if you cannot access your account, email contact@homybudget.fr with the email address linked to the account.
Processing time
Email requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive confirmation once deletion is complete.
Retained data
After account deletion, no personal data is retained. Technical backups are purged within 90 days.
